Glen Whimsy

Glen Whimsy was established as a brand in 2023, by Colin and Jill Grant. We live in a beautiful small town in Angus, near the glens where the rivers, hills and trees create a magical landscape for Glen Whimsy to be born into.

Glen Whimsy itself is a fantastical place, with blue-green grass, waterfalls that flow upwards, babbling over chocolate filled rocks towards a pale pink sky. The wild Haggis have lived here for centuries, rubbing shoulders over the years with William Wallace and Robert Burns amongst others, and inspiring the men to their greatness. They run free here,  playing all day in the heart of the Scottish Glens. The skyline is dotted with hills made of coffee beans, ground in gradients towards the top of the majestic peaks, and forests of tea leaves sprung from the same soil that gives life to the blue thistle-rose which the wild haggis love to munch on.  Creating products which reflect the  natural love and beauty of Glen Whimsy is important to us. Care and attention is given to all of our Glen Whimsy products to ensure your experience is a positive one.

Fun is at the heart of everything we do. We met later on in life, and both have kissed many frogs (and toads) before finding our forever with each other. We’ve had a lot of negativity in our previous relationships so it’s important to both of us to keep the fun alive. We wanted to inject something of that into this venture so decided to use Glen Whimsy as our trading name to remind us, and you, of the importance of being whimsical sometimes. Life is meant for living, so live whimsically!
